Bioethics Section

The Bioethics Section conducts research on bioethics and medical ethics and is also involved in providing consultation support for research ethics (research ethics consultation) and clinical ethics at the Center. In particular, we have established and are operating an online research ethics consultation system to support researchers of the Center. We handle approximately 200 research ethics consultations per year. In addition, in collaboration with Clinical Research and Education Promotion Section and Clinical Research Safety Management Section, we also provide research ethics education.
